Last night while walking home from Joy’s we happened to be walking across Marietta ave and saw the town’s Christmas tree all lit up. We haven’t been going for our evening walks this week with the uncooperative weather, so we haven’t seen it yet. They only lit it up last weekend.

I like how this picture is just slightly blurred because between the alcoholic beverages and walking while I was taking the picture there was some movement.

Even though I’m an atheist and all, it’s great to see the tree all lit up. I can’t remember any places having trees like this when I was a kid. There were some homes and businesses that went all out, but I can’t remember the towns or townships doing it.
