I ordered built bars and they always use X Delivery. That has to be the worst shipping company I’ve ever received packages from. Their estimated delivery date changes daily to what seems to be just random dates. What’s the point of an estimated delivery if it changes daily to what seems to be random dates.

They update the tracking with wrong dates and times. Stuff seems to happen in the future at random times.

I would imagine if you looked at their website it’s all about efficiencyand cost. Those almost always translate to poor service. I don’t know when poor service really became such an acceptable thing.

It’s FedEx said we’re the worst then Lasership had to beat them. X delivery jumps in and says hold my beer!
