My Strength Log
For now at least I am still doing Street Parking’s version of the starting strength program with some slight modifications. It may not be the most efficient program for me right for where I am at in my strength but I have been getting strong and having enough time to recover. I have been debating on whether I want to switch things up to 5-3-1 or keep at this so for now I’ll stick with it.
