Today was one of those days where my lifting went much better than I expected it to go. The WOD on the other hand was basically a clusterfuck of things that could go wrong.

Christmas day has been good Considering. I got to do my lifts in the garage at least. Getting together with family wasn’t working out.

It’s Christmas day and I did my lifts and a WOD. We’re still in quarantine so we had nothing else to do.
