Improvements donβt always have numbers. Every so often, itβs more about just how you feel doing a repeat WOD. Occasionally, itβs just being able to do something that you were unable to do in the past. It being time for the Crossfit Open reminded me of this thought.
I did a WOD today that was a repeat WOD. On todayβs score I was a little over two minutes faster than the last time so thatβs good progress in my eyes.
I have no idea when or how it happened, but lunges have finally clicked into place for me. For many years, I struggled with lateral balance. I wrote it off as something I might never get, with only having one eye thatβs really even useful for anything.
