Yesterday I upgraded my KDE stuff on FreeBSD. When I rebooted, the first thing I noticed was that the menubar was gone on Konsole. My first thought was that maybe they’re falling into current design trends and getting rid of it. That didn’t seem like something that the KDE team would do, though.

I did a bit of searching this morning to see if there was a change in Konsole that got rid of the menus. I found an old forum post about losing the menubar like I did, and the reply said that Ctrl+Shift+M and sure enough, that worked. That toggles the menubar.
