It was another warm October night last night. a fairly heavy shower move d through. Radar showed a line of heavy showers or thunderstorms type of feature at that time. We ended up with a soaking nearly ½ inch of rain this morning by the time the area of heavier stuff moved out. The wind switched to a more northerly direction this afternoon then the temperature dropped into the upper 50s. The rain continued at varying rates into mid afternoon. By then the temperature had dropped into the middle 50s. Around 2:00 PM the sky cleared and it became sunny outside. The dewpoint and temperature dropped like a rock this evening.
