There are some services that are connected to the web that provide various services. Here are some that I like. These will be ones that provide a connection.

• SDF Public Access UNIX System - This service provides free shell accounts. I don’t log into it that often, but it is a neat way to play with a different machine. They run on NetBSD. Before you ask, no, it doesn’t run on the toaster! It’s a neat way to run on a live system with other users.
