Daily Weather Review
It was another very warm September night. It was in the lower 70s when I woke up about five o’clock this morning. It was mostly sunny this morning and more humid. The temperature was into the mid 80s by mid morning. It cracked 90 ℉ before lunchtime making today the fifth 90 ℉+ degree day in a row and this warm spell our longest heatwave. By early afternoon large cumulus clouds were building. Some thunderstorms miss us to the west this afternoon with thunder and a few sprinkles. That knocked the temperature from the mid 90s to the mid 80s. First storm late this afternoon sort of missed us but the second one this evening brought a great lightning show. At some point my router got messed up so there may be some inaccurate data from my weather station. The low today was in the upper 60s during the storms.
