When I woke up this morning about 5:15 AM the temperature was in the upper 40s. At that time it hadn’t rained yet. By sunrise it was in the upper 40s with light rain falling. By mid afternoon we’d had nearly ¾ of an inch of rain and the temperature only reached the lower 50s. We had some pretty heavy rain at times. The afternoon and early evening brought a lull in the rain’s intensity. By the late this evening an inch or so of rain had fallen. The temperature was back into the upper 40s after the brief hight just in the lower 50s. It was a chilly fall day.
