Around midnight I woke up and saw a flash or two of distant lightning so I went outside. The temperate was in the upper 50s but rose into the meddle 60s as the clouds moved in. We only got a bit of light rain from the dying thunderstorms that missed us. When I got up this morning it was in the mid 50s. The sun was starting to peek out by mid morning with the temperature rising into the middle 60s. It got into the lower 70s again early this afternoon. Today was the fourth day in a row it got into the 70s. The cold front came through this afternoon with not even a shower. The wind shifted and picked up with a dropping temperature though. It had dropped into the lower 60s by early this evening.
