Some Color In The Leaves
This fall, it appears to me that I have been noticing that the leaves on the trees and brush are more vivid that I remember seeing them in the Mount Joy area. They always seem to be a duller, more brownish tint to the colors and fall off the trees and brush pretty quickly around here.
This year I am seeing them hang for longer and get a brighter, more vivid color to them like I am used to seeing both up the mountains and growing up in the Philly suburbs. They’re even holding their color longer when they fall on the ground, which is strange. I’ve always wondered why they never seemed as bright around here.
It should go without saying, but I have really been enjoying nature’s show this autumn.
