Our Snake Plant Is Going To Flower

This spring we picked up several house plants because we wanted some green in the house. Among them we got a snake plant. We never expected it to flower because we’ve read it’s not common.

The past few weeks we have had it on the counter in front of the kitchen window hwere it gets a good bit of morning sun. I had read that if they get lots of sun they could posibly bloom bt wasn’t expecting it to or even trying to get it to flower. Yesterday Molly noticed the stem coming up with the buds on it and when I looked at it I saw it too. Looks like we’re gong to have flowers.
