Our Snake Plant Is Going To Flower
This spring, we picked up several houseplants because we wanted some green in the house. Among them, we got a snake plant. We never expected it to flower because we’ve read it’s not common.
The past few weeks, we have had it on the counter in front of the kitchen window, where it gets a good bit of morning sun. I had read that if they get lots of sun, they could possibly bloom, but I wasn’t expecting it to or even trying to get it to flower. Yesterday, Molly noticed the stem coming up with the buds on it, and when I looked at it, I saw it too. It looks like we’re going to have flowers.
