Recently I have been thinking that I’d like to return to wind cave in Pequea. That was so cool to explore the cave and see what’s changed.

One thing I’ve noticed long ago and have probably complained about it before is is that restaurants have some of the worst websites out there. Their fancy but slow and have only useless information on the often times.

I have always struggled mentally with deadlifts. I think it comes from my back rounding in the distant past. It’s not been an issue for a long time but it’s still on my mind. At the same time I love doing deadlifts.
