The endless scroll that websites have had the fad of using has become annoying. Thereβs times where it makes sense, like when things are a feed but most times itβs just annoying.
It was very dry today, too dry even. My nose felt like it was drying out. Local weather stations showed the relative humidity being around eleven percent.
Is it really that difficult to look before you back your car up? Once again we were walking through a parking lot when someone just started backing up right at us. I donβt think the ever even saw us.
Today I get to watch the radar instead of the snow. The Carolinas are getting hammered, but weβre barely even getting clouds from the storm.
Improvements donβt always have numbers. Every so often, itβs more about just how you feel doing a repeat WOD. Occasionally, itβs just being able to do something that you were unable to do in the past. It being time for the Crossfit Open reminded me of this thought.

I have always liked radio stuff. I recently saw that SDRs are pretty cheap and pretty well rated. It might be a fun toy to play with.
I have no idea when or how it happened, but lunges have finally clicked into place for me. For many years, I struggled with lateral balance. I wrote it off as something I might never get, with only having one eye thatβs really even useful for anything.
We had our coldest night of the year so far, and of course, it was wasted cold. It didnβt include any snow.
Iβve been able to keep the intensity up so far while doing the Street Parking WODs. They have less of a knack for throwing something in that slows me down than Crossfit did.
