Today was a great day for my 1+ AMRAP back squats. They Felt Great. The first attempt at a WOD didnβt feel so great, and I changed my mind on it.
Yesterday I felt great in the garage. It would up turning into a double WOD day for me. I hadnβt intended to do two WODs, but thatβs what ended up happening.
This morning I woke up feeling surprisingly good after a few drinks last night. Around 10:00 AM, I got a fun but brutal WOD in.
This winter, there really hasnβt been all that much fur to us in the snow or even cold department. Today weβre finally getting our first appreciable snow Accumulation, and even that wonβt last.
From long before sunrise this morning, there was orange low to the horizon. As sunrise approached, that got brighter, so I had to grab a photo of it.
I slept much better last night. I got my bench press done and that felt great. Shortly after finishing my bench, I got todayβs WOD in. The bike is hard.
Last night, I got startled as I was falling asleep. This morning something startled me awake again, so Iβve been feeling off and having poor focus. It burnt me on my twenty rep back squats.
This afternoon it became sunny and fairly mild, so I decided to take my strongman sandbag out on the patio and get a dirty work WOD in.
This morning, I had to do my deadlifts and then wanted to do todayβs WOD. I wanted to switch things up with it and use the air runner, bike, and rower for each machine part of the WOD, and it was fun and really tough.
Last week when I was not feeling well I did continue with doing WODs. I figured it would be smart to pass on the lifting, so I took the week off. I restarted with week one of 5/3/1 this morning.
