Today I did my first lifting session since I came down with the COVID infection. It went well and it felt great to get back at the bar.
Today I did my first post COVID WOD. It wasnβt a difficult one and I held back a lot on the intensity but it was great to just move again.
We had a decent snow storm for being so early. Not what the usual Facebook βmeteorologistsβ hyped it to be, but it was decent enough.
I havenβt worked out since last Wednesday, and it really pisses me off. Iβve been taking all the precautions while so many others are just out doing whatever the fuck they want. Not only that, but I ended up coming down with COVID-19.
We have had our first snow of the year, and it was pretty early. It was accumulating while I was doing my WOD.
I love seeing sunrises and todayβs was the deepest red one that I can remember seeing. I noticed it when I walked into the kitchen.
I have been feeling off since I woke up this morning. I had low expectations for my lifts this morning but they did feel great.
I got my twenty rep back squats done at two hundred pounds today.a
My lifting went pretty well this morning. I did add the plates wrong and went a little lighter than I should have on my squats.
There are two things that I miss from breakfast around here that you just donβt really see that often. Back in Andalusia I wold often get a pork roll and cheese sandwich. You also donβt see Scrapple around here as much on menus.
