It was another week of twenty rep squats and another PR. THe PR felt pretty good too.
I woke up early this morning and was feeling pretty good. I had heavy but doable lifts to do in the garage.
My lifting today went pretty good. I had some really goodf lifts and some that were just okay.
I am feeling more tired than I did when I had COVID. I did do my lifting today and then did a deceiving WOD after that.
I most definitely didn’t feel like doing it today but I got through my strength wish no issues. I showed up today.
I decided to do my twenty rep squats a day early this week. I needed to since I was peopled out.
My lifting all went great today. Later on I got in a challenging WOD.
My lifting went pretty good today. The WOD was a challenging sandbag one with lungesters and push up plus drags.
Today was one of those are, awesome days in the home gym. Everything was feeling great and going my way.
The storm was one of those with a lot of hype, but things had to be just right for it to verify. This time it worked out, and we wound up with about a foot of snow.
