Today I decided to start my next cycle of lifting. Squats felt heavy but great this morning.

My wrist cyst popped the other day, and I think that’s why bench press felt totally off today. I heavily favored the opposite side.

After I got a shower, it got very sunny, with the temperature rising into the upper 50s. Perfect day to break out my swovie shorts and collect some vitamin D.

The game means nothing, but I miss baseball, so I watched the Phillies’ spring training game on TV today.

Someday, all the cloud software bullshit will backfire.

Printing web pages really should be better than it is but it really does suck

My Keychron Q6 was delivered today. My first impression of it after just a few minutes of usage is, “Wow, this is what I’ve been looking for.”

I never got used to my current keyboard. I just realized why today.

I woke up far too early with not enough sleep. I tried and failed my very heavy squats today and failed. It’s okay.

I didn’t expect it at all but got an easy four squats this morning at two hundred and ninety pounds.
