Feeling Pretty Shaky After That WOD!
I did a simple WOD this morning, and it left me feeling pretty shaky. It wasnโt even that bad of a workout. Later I did my heavy squats and they did the same to me.

I did a simple WOD this morning, and it left me feeling pretty shaky. It wasnโt even that bad of a workout. Later I did my heavy squats and they did the same to me.
This morning, I noticed some ground fog after sunset.
I got this weekโs vault workout done this morning. It went better than I expected.
Jeans are not made like they used to be. I noticed another pair starting to rip in the same spot.
This year I did not sign up for the CrossFit Open, but if the workouts arenโt completely dumb, and I can do them, I want to.
I am finally getting around to at least checking into switching my layout over to using a CSS grid instead of flexbox.
This morning I did a light WOD and my deadlifts. They both felt pretty good.
Today I decided to start my next cycle of lifting. Squats felt heavy but great this morning.
My wrist cyst popped the other day, and I think thatโs why bench press felt totally off today. I heavily favored the opposite side.
After I got a shower, it got very sunny, with the temperature rising into the upper 50s. Perfect day to break out my swovie shorts and collect some vitamin D.
