I had a stuffy head when I woke up. It certainly made my heavy deadlifts and then a WOD feel like an adventure. Luckily, the WOD opened my head up.
Itโs the beginning of March now, and our hibiscus has one more old bud that opened. Except for a few leaves, the plant is mostly dormant.
Yesterday it even smelled like spring outside
I did a simple WOD this morning, and it left me feeling pretty shaky. It wasnโt even that bad of a workout. Later I did my heavy squats and they did the same to me.
This morning, I noticed some ground fog after sunset.
I got this weekโs vault workout done this morning. It went better than I expected.
Jeans are not made like they used to be. I noticed another pair starting to rip in the same spot.
This year I did not sign up for the CrossFit Open, but if the workouts arenโt completely dumb, and I can do them, I want to.
I am finally getting around to at least checking into switching my layout over to using a CSS grid instead of flexbox.
This morning I did a light WOD and my deadlifts. They both felt pretty good.
