Our rose bush is still blooming. It’s still getting some clusters of flowers.

We were talking about something today and it made me think of how I haven’t personally turned on the TV in about three months. I’ve watched some shows with Molly but not by myself.

I got through my lifts easily today. I did a mentally tough WOD later that was long with movements I’m just not good at.

I finally got around to moving my Windows 10 installation to an SSD. The loading time at least not insufferable anymore like it was before where it would just sit and spin for minutes at a time. I wish I never needed to use windows.

Yesterday into this morning its been extremely humid. The dew point’s been in the mid 70s. That’s about as humid as it gets around here.

Today was a little less humid so I retried the back squats from yesterday. They were fairly light and I knew I only failed due to the humidity. Things went much better today with my lifts.

Today didn’t go so well in the garage. It was very humid and I failed my squat from the humidity. I was sweating so much it almost seemed as if the bar was slipping on my shoulders.

I’ve been smelling honeysuckles for a few days now but never could find them. Today I noticed the white and yellow flowers in the vacant lot at the railroad tracks so I went to check them out. Of course I ate some while I was over there. Reminded me a lot of when I was a kid and they grew right out front.

Today was one of those days in the garage gym that seem destined to be complete failures. It seemed everything that could go wrong with the WOD did. I still did okay considering the way it was going.

We got a bacon cheeseburger pizza from Two cousins in Mount Joy. That was tasted great!
